Their expansion and ambitious growth plans require the addition of a “best in class” Supply Chain Manager to design and manage the end to end supply chain process. This opportunity represents a rare chance to join a new and exciting business with well established and proven senior management, excellent rewards and the chance to create a supply chain operation that will set standards others will follow.
The successful candidate will oversee the S&OP process as well as the logistics and distribution of product from the manufacture to the customer. This role requires someone who can demonstrate exceptional leadership, organizational and coaching abilities and is able to apply the latest Supply Chain methodologies whilst bringing their own innovative ideas to the role.
Requirements:
• Dynamic, driven and problem solver
• Technology and/or retail experience an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written/verbal)
• 5-7 years in logistics, demand planning, inventory management, sourcing, order management
• previous work experience in a fast paced start up company an asset
