When you make contact with us what can you expect?
First we'll establish that we're right for you. As you can see we are specialists, so you need to be a supply chain, procurement or logistics professional or want to move into our world.
If you have a CV to send us, that's a great start, if not don't worry we'll work with you to create one and market your skills in the best way possible.
We spend some time, by phone at first, getting to understand your aspirations, motivations and skills. If we think we can help you we'll want to meet you face to face.
In our face to face meeting you can expect a blended approach:
- We start by listening to what you want, personal and professional aspirations are what we're after.
- There's always more to understanding what company and job will be right for you than just a title and a salary. Personal development, work life balance might be good examples.
- We spend time to assess you against relevant functional skills and core competencies
- It might not be easy - No point in us not challenging you before you get in-front of our clients because they certainly will!
- Honesty - we will always tell you if your expectations are in line with the current market.
- Doing the basics well - We'll always make sure you are fully briefed on each role we think is right for you and manage your application, interviews and offer process efficiently and professionally.
- Above and Beyond - when you get your new job our job doesn't finish. We will help you through your resignation and keep in touch with you in your first three months to make sure everything is going well and any promises made have been kept.
